中国时尚网上海消息：Pain Chaud建国西路店伴着上海梅雨季的尾声拉开了帷幕，7月14日，正式营业并召开了一次品鉴会，也吸引了很多慕名而来的嘉宾、业界的美食家、美食博主和媒体朋友。
Pain Chaud建国西路店坐落于梧桐树林立的法租界，建国西路与嘉善路的转角位置更是让法租界一人一景尽收眼底。
店铺内设采用欧式简约风格设计，白色的长条瓷砖砌吧台简约时尚，玻璃柜中端坐的依然是Pain Chaud品质上乘的传统法式面包与精致甜点。靠近面包柜台的一端是面包烘培间，客人可以看到我们的面包师是如何制作烘焙面包的，靠近咖啡吧的一端是客人自助台。两端都采用了拱形木质装饰，与店内白墙相互衬托，简约优雅。
与吧台遥相呼应的便是客座区，丹麦设计师品牌HAY的座椅，会为给客人带去舒适简约的极致体验。
沿着木质楼梯前往二楼客座区，一张木质大桌引入眼帘，仿佛是为朋友聚会特定的区域。落座在延墙的坐位，捧一杯芳香四溢的咖啡，伴一个香脆松软的可颂，读一本向往已久的好书，阳光透过身后的窗户照射在桌上，温暖，惬意。
Pain Chaud历经五年洗礼，如今已经永康路，虹桥尚嘉中心以及建国西路三家店。虽然，每家店都各有风格，规模与装修风格都在不断升级，但是不变的是Pain Chaud的将传统法式面包文化带入中国的初心，不变的是Pain Chaud的上乘出品。

Pain Chaud, West Jianguo Bakery and Coffee Shop is officially open!
The New Pain Chaud West Jianguo Bakery and Coffee Shop opened just a few days ago, Saturday 14th July is the official opening.
It is located in the Former French Concession on the corner of Jianguo West and Jiashan Road and offers a panoramic view of this beautiful district.
The shop has been designed in a European inspired minimalistic style, with a simple and stylish long white tiled counter . Upon entering our new Bakery and Coffee shop, the first thing you notice is the baking oven room where the bakers are preparing the bread in the best traditional French fashion. Our display counters are a feast to the eyes offering our high quality traditional bread and desserts. You then reach the Barrista area, where delicious coffees and drinks are prepared. Two wooden arches on both sides of the shop bring elegance, simplicity and warmth.
Our tables and chairs are designed by Hay from Denmark, offering our customers a comfortable and ideal setting to enjoy their eating experience.
The second floor is reached by the wooden staircase and offers a large space with a communal table and plenty of other comfortable seating where aromatic coffee and crispy croissants can be enjoyed.
We are also celebrating the fifth Anniversary of Pain Chaud. Our first shop officially opened on the 14th July 2013 in Yongkang Road creating a cosy, warm traditional neighbourhood French style bakery.
We now have 2 more locations: L’Avenue Mall in Hongqiao opened last year, offering a modern and upscale atmosphere and our new addition Jianguo Bakery and Coffee shop offering its own personality. The common denominator being the same high quality products in all of them.
One beautiful morning, strolling through the leafy streets of the Former French Concession of Shanghai, you happen to smell the aroma of freshly baked bread and coffee. You notice a corner shop full of people, some of them enjoying the perfect match of an espresso together with a croissant, others reading a book or a family having breakfast talking and laughing – a great way to start the day.
